- Lead organiser - overall access to your organisation, can add teams
- Team Leader - can add members to a team
- Members - can be added to teams and acces courses
How To Add Users To the System
This is for users who are in charge of adding new team members and users to the courses within their organisations.

Verification message
Verification Required
this is 2FA to protect your data, an email will be sent immediately, if you do not receive an email
- Ensure you have used correct email & password – if not sure on the login screen you can hit “Lost your password” and reset
- Check your junk folder for verification email
- PLEASE CONTACT YOUR IT DEPARTMENT – due to IT in place the email may be blocked and IT need to allow it through

Organisational Dashboard blank
If you get this error on dashbaord this means you are not logged in

If you are already signed in
- please clear cache on your browser, login and reload page
How to view courses I am enrolled in
IF you are enrolled in a course you will be able to navigate within your account to course page
